Do I need to be home during my one time cleaning service? No, it's not necessary for you to be home for your house cleaning. If you prefer to be around in case we need to ask you questions, or if a problem arises, you're welcome to be in your home while we clean. If you'd like to run some errands or leave the house while we clean, that's fine too! You can trust our cleaners with your possessions and the safety of your home. Each of our employees receive thorough background checks before they are hired to work for us. If you prefer to leave your home while we clean, all you have to do is leave a key so we can get into the house and start cleaning. We will be in and out before you know it! How does your payment system work? We typically charge a flat rate for one time cleanings. We will try not to put any upcharges on the estimate that we come up with for your cleaning job, but if your property is unusually messy or unusually large, we may have to charge extra fees for the extra time that our cleaners will spend on your home. In order to book with us, we will ask for your credit card information so we know that you have a reliable method of payment. However, you will not be charged for anything until your cleaning services are complete! |
